("User," "you," "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to

update it as necessary.

1.3. Access & Restrictions

You may not:

- Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes;

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform;

- Interfere with other users' use of the Platform;

- Upload or transmit harmful code or content.

1.4. Platform Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee the Platform will be available at all times.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. Ownership

The Platform, its content, and all intellectual property rights are owned by RapidHuman AI or its licensors.

2.2. User Content

You retain ownership of your content and ideas submitted to the Platform but grant us a license to process and display

your content as required to provide our services.

2.3. Generated Code

Code and outputs generated by the Platform based on your input are owned by you, subject to your compliance with

these Terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

3. Fees & Payment

3.1. Subscription & Fees

Use of the Platform may require payment as specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise

stated.

3.2. Pricing Changes

We may update pricing at any time. We will notify you of material changes in advance.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during use of the Platform secure and not disclose it to third

parties.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (see below).

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your purposes.

6.2. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, RapidHuman AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising

from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of the Platform

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
